During summer on our highland tours we take our pride in going to jaw dropping places few people get to see. We take advantage of best light available and we rearrenge our tour plan as much we need to ensure we get the best weather conditions in each place. Most important of all is that we have fun, get great photographs and making the most every extraordinary moment.
The tours are set up with accomodation and full board meals included. We take lunch packs with us into the field when needed. We can also handle any diatary needs you may have. We carefully pick our hotels out of good food, service and good loctation. All rooms we offer have private bathrooms. Sometimes we need to take off very early to get to the more popular places before the normal influx of tourists and of course get the good light. Due to the increase in tourism in Iceland over the past few years we‘ve long time started to minimize our visits to well-known sites which are over crowded, focusing more on less known, though equally or even more stunning locations.
We welcome photographers of all skill levels on our tours. Our photography tours are aimed at maximizing the time spent in the field. We stay out long when the light and weather offer us and try to find time to rest in a day part when bad weahter goes by. In the field we are more than ready to advise on perspective in hand as well as offer advise on long time exposures such as waterfalls and Northern lights, as well as provide information about Iceland‘s history and geography, doing this at appropriate times along the way. Our ultimate aim is simply to help you find and create images that express your unique and amazing experience that the diverse nature of Iceland has to offer.
At the start of our tours we will pick you up and then drop you off at any hotel inside the greater Reykjavik aera.
