Haukur Snorrason photographer and his wife Hadda Bjork Gisladottir manager, are the owners of Iceland photo tours.

Haukur is a professional photographer since 1992 and has over 20 years experience of landscape photography. He has published two photography books of Icelandic landscape and nature; Land of Light (1999) and Experience Iceland (2005) as well as countless landscape calendars. Haukur has gained an unique experience which he now uses to guide landscape photographers around Iceland. He has worked with individuals and groups from all over the world. Haukur is also a certified tourist guide and has a private pilot's licence.

Hadda Bjork is the manager of Iceland photo tours. She has a background within the health care and biomedical science business and has been working as a marketing manager for an international pharmaceutical company for 15 years. Hadda Bjork is a great lover of outdoor life, hiking and traveling in Iceland. She is known for her excellent cooking skills and passion for cooking and hosting dinner parties. During the photo tours Hadda Bjork offers modern Icelandic cuisine where lamb, seafood and wild game plays a big role.

Haukur and Hadda Bjork are the owners of Hrifunes guesthouse, an old community house that they have during the past years restored and decorated into a cosy European style. The cottage serves as an excellent center for landscape photographers due to its unique location, practically on the doorstep of the interior routes to all the major sights in Iceland such as Landmannalaugar, Laki craters, Langisjor lake, south and north Fjallabak routes, Skaftafell and Vatnajokull national park, Glacier lagoon and the amazing black sand beaches near Vik.
